1. Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits go toward the total cost of your service.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will result in a $25 rebooking fee.
• A new deposit must be sent to book your next appointment.
• No-call/no-shows will result in forfeiting your deposit and may require full payment before rebooking.
3. Grace Period & Lateness
• There is a 10-minute grace period.
• After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
4. Guests & Clean Space
• No extra guests unless being serviced.
• Please come with clean hands and bare nails unless you booked a soak-off.
5. Payments & Tips
• Remaining balance is due in cash, Zelle, or Cash App.
• Tips are appreciated but not required.
6. Nail Inspo Photos
• You may upload an inspiration photo when booking.
• Final pricing will be confirmed after reviewing your inspo pic before your appointment.
7. Refund Policy
• Services are non-refundable.
• If there’s an issue, please reach out within 24 hours so it can be corrected.
